Huntington-Whiteley was born in Plymouth, Devon, England,[3] the daughter of Charles Andrew Huntington-Whiteleywho was a chartered surveyor and fitness instructor Fiona Yvonne, daughter of Alan Jackson of Buckinghamshire. There are two younger sisters as well as her brother ([7]] and a sibling ([88). She was raised on a farm in Tavistock, Devon. [3][11] Her maternal grandfather, Wing-Commander Eric Huntington Whiteley JP, was her cousin.
